Route Service Representative (4 Day Workweek)

Job Description Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route, servicing and selling to an existing customer base. This is a physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position in which partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products. Key Responsibilities You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must build rapport with key decision makers. Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns. Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services. Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely. Comply with driving and vehicle regulations. Required Qualifications Qualified candidates must meet all requirements outlined by the Department of Transportation (DOT) for operating a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. Have an active driver's license. Be at least 21 years of age. Obtain a DOT medical certification. Provide documentation regarding previous employment. Meet the physical requirements of the position. A High School diploma, GED, or military service. Strong customer service orientation. Self‑motivation and drive to work in a teamwork‑oriented environment. Positive attitude, ambition, organization, and service spirit. Compensation & Benefits Solid base salary and commission potential after being assigned a route. Majority of work is a 4‑Day workweek.
