You will lead end-to-end software acquisitions, manage contract renewals, optimize licenses, and negotiate with software vendors. Collaborate closely with IT, Legal, Finance, and InfoSec teams to ensure cost-efficiency, compliance, and seamless SaaS operations. Your expertise will help procure IT products and services that are in the best interest of the state. $93,142.50 yearly Full-time Contract 12 Months (Possibility of extension) Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in IT software procurement. Proficiency in managing software acquisitions, contract renewals, license optimization, and software vendor negotiations. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Legal, Finance, and InfoSec. Knowledge of statewide procurement rules and regulations. Security clearance required. Local candidates only; must be eligible to convert to full-time employment. Preferences Advanced education in a related field is preferred.
