This role will support the CRE & Syndicated Lending Operations Servicing team by processing agent notices including advances, payments, repricing, fee applications and all maintenance activities.Learn more about our career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com.In this role, you will:Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and control integrity of data and documentation across the lending lifecycle; participate in loan administration initiatives, execution of day‑to‑day operational processes, data reconciliations and adherence to established risk and control standardsParticipate in low‑ to moderately complex initiatives and identify process improvement opportunities within Corporate & Investment Banking Lending Operations in middle office functionIndependently process transactions with moderate risk analysis; prepare documentation and service execution, process efficiency, post‑transaction execution, credit data accuracy and validation, including regulatory and documentation controls policy and process learningProcess and analyze routine to moderately complex loan administration related transactions; conduct site inspections and portfolio reviews, prepare and support loan approval documentationIdentify and recommend procedural improvements; review legal and credit documents and validate data using protocols and internal systemsPerform quarterly regulatory data reviews, manual controls, monitor documentation exceptions and follow up with stakeholdersSupport portfolio monitoring controls and escalate issues as needed, while executing post‑transaction processing for corporate credit facilitiesPresent recommendations to resolve low‑to moderately complex situationsExercise independent judgment to support medium‑risk deliverables; apply growing expertise in functional policies, procedures, and compliance requirementsCollaborate with functional colleagues, internal partners, and stakeholdersRequired Qualifications:2+ years of credit operations, loan operations, or deal experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, or educationDesired Qualifications:Operations experience with the Commercial real estate productCommercial loan documentation, preparation or review experienceFamiliarity with Loan IQResidential and commercial appraisal experienceSound analytical skills and the ability to interpret and research loan origination, legal, or real estate documentsKnowledge and understanding of builder, construction, or renovations lendingKnowledge and understanding of the Flood Disaster Protection Act (FDPA)Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications and utilize search tools to find informationAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced collaborative environment, while managing competing prioritiesIntermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skillsAdvanced verbal and written communication skillsJob Expectations:Ability to work in office at posted location for a minimum of three days per weekAbility to work from 8:30-5:30pmPosition is not eligible for Visa sponsorship or transfer or a Visa sponsorshipPrimary Posting Locations:1525 W W T Harris Blvd, Charlotte, North Carolina 28262-8522Posting End Date: 18 Oct 2026*Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.We Value Equal OpportunityWells Fargo is an equal opportunity employer.
