What You'll Do:

• Provide respiratory care services to patients with a variety of conditions
• Monitor patient respiratory status and adjust treatments accordingly
• Assist with ventilator management and airway procedures
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols
• Support patient comfort and recovery through expert respiratory support

What You Need:

• Valid Michigan Respiratory Therapist license
• RRT credential from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC)
• At least 1 year of relevant clinical experience - Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work nights and adapt to a fast-paced environment
