Job Details Salary: $95,000 - $120,000 per year About Us My client is a growth-minded General Contractor who is seeking a Project Manager who is looking to grow their career in Ground-up Construction. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably in a similar role. 2. Proven experience in project management, including scheduling, budgeting, and contract management. 3. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations. 4. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex issues under pressure. 5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team. 6. Proficiency in relevant software, including MS Project, AutoCAD, and construction management systems. 7. A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred. 8. Experience in commercial ground-up construction is highly desirable. 9. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. 10. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. 11.
