Responsibilities include recording transactions relating to prepaids, accruals, fixed assets, leases, and financial reporting. This role contributes to maintaining accurate and timely accounting records and supports the preparation of financial and regulatory reports. Additional responsibilities include performing account reconciliations, assisting with financial analysis, and supporting the preparation of accounting statements and reports./ppJob Responsibilities/pulliPost data to various ledgers, registers, and record monthly journal entries in accordance with GAAP/liliCompile and analyze financial records, including preparing monthly account reconciliations within established timeframes/liliResearch and respond to financial inquiries from management/liliAssist in the preparation of schedules and documentation for the annual audit/liliSupport documentation efforts related to Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance/liliReview, analyze, and reconcile assigned accounts/liliPerform basic financial analysis and provide insights to support financial decision-making/liliProvide support for internal and external audits, including preparing documentation and reports/liliPrepare and review financial reports for accuracy and completeness/liliAssist with special projects and other related duties as assigned/li/ulpRequired Qualifications/pulliBachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field/liliOne or more years of accounting or finance experience/liliProficient in 10-key and alphanumeric data entry/liliStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook/liliAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment/liliStrong attention to detail and organizational skills/liliEffective verbal and written communication skills/liliAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment/liliCustomer service mindset with a focus on meeting internal stakeholder needs/liliCommitment to continuous improvement and quality results/li/ulpPreferred Qualifications/pulliFamiliarity with accounting systems and ability to learn new software quickly/li/ulpPhysical Demands/pulliMust possess ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time/liliMust possess ability to perform repetitive motion/li/ulpTraining/pulliAll job specific, safety, and compliance training are assigned based on the job functions associated with this employee/li/ulpConditions of Employment: Individual must successfully complete pre-employment process, which includes criminal background check, drug screening, credit check (applicable for certain positions) and reference verification./ppThis job description reflects managements assignment of essential functions.
