Kindergarten Introduction
Covering about 3,000 square meters, the kindergarten features a layered‑staggered grid‑themed main building, an independent sports ground and a nature exploration zone. On‑campus facilities include a light‑and‑shadow classroom, art studio, library, woodworking workshop and multi‑purpose hall to facilitate diverse teaching practices.
The kindergarten prioritizes relationship‑building and children’s active participation — covering interpersonal bonds as well as connections between children and nature, society and the surrounding environment.
Job Requirements
Aged 22‑40, physically fit with no history of mental illness.
Native‑level English speaker.
Practical teaching experience with K3 children; kindergarten teaching background highly preferred.
Hands‑on experience in Montessori education and Inquiry‑Based Learning (IBL) is a bonus.
Bachelor’s degree or above; major in Early Childhood Education or English is preferred. Candidates should be child‑oriented, approachable, outgoing and good at communication.
Hold a 120‑hour TEFL / TESOL certificate.
Clean criminal background record; satisfy official criteria for China’s Foreigner Work Permit and Z‑Visa application.
Meet the regulatory requirements for foreign English teachers set by Chinese authorities.
Familiar with project‑based curriculum; experienced in group activity delivery; capable of designing child‑centered English activities to engage young learners.
Core Responsibilities
Serve as homeroom teacher for K1‑K3 (3‑6‑year‑old) children.
Design and deliver interactive, age‑appropriate lessons targeting children’s language development.
Participate fully in daily campus routines and maintain a safe, caring learning atmosphere.
Collaborate with Chinese teaching staff to support children’s holistic growth.
Working Conditions
Working days: Monday‑Friday | Working hours: 07:50‑17:00
Lunch break: 12:00‑13:00; staff lunch is provided (lunch serving time: 11:30‑12:00).
Overtime is eligible for overtime pay. Weekend overtime for campus events can be offset by compensatory leave during winter / summer vacations.
Weekends off.
Specific Duties
Co‑develop and deliver lesson plans alongside the Chinese lead teacher. Complete English‑teaching lesson plans, teaching‑aid design and semester summaries in line with kindergarten curriculum frameworks.
Document children’s English‑learning progress and conduct English‑related assessments; jointly conduct parent‑teacher communication and feedback on student performance.
Adopt project‑based learning pedagogy. Immerse children in an English‑speaking environment throughout daily routines including rest time and activity sessions.
Plan and host thematic festival events.
Execute scheduled teaching arrangements in partnership with Chinese teachers, covering class‑environment setup, parent communication, weekly curriculum planning, weekly child progress feedback, 2D/3D teaching‑material production, weekly English picture‑book sessions, project‑curriculum preparation, English teaching research, semester‑end data collation and child evaluation reports (and other related tasks).
Compensation & Benefits
Monthly gross salary: CNY 18,000‑28,000 (housing allowance included, pre‑tax).
Reimbursement for international airfare and visa‑processing fees.
Contract renewal bonus.

Reimbursement for hotel accommodation expenses upon arrival.
Thirteen days of Chinese statutory public holidays.
One‑month paid winter / summer vacation: paid at half basic salary with full housing allowance; exact dates follow the school academic calendar.
