Start your career in the fast-growing beverage sales distribution with one of the fastest emerging brands at Hayden Beverage.We are currently hiring a Driver Reconciliation Specialist for our Boise team.Compensation: $17 - $19 per hourSchedule: Tuesday through Saturday (Starting at 11:00 AM)Pay Classification: HourlyFLSA Designation: Non-Exempt Effective Date: May 2026General Statement of DutiesThis position is primarily responsible for the following areas:Reconciliation of driver routesAccounts ReceivableOther areas of focus are data entry as well as performing various other accounting functions and reporting as needed. The position is accounting / administrative and functions under the direct supervision of the AR Supervisor and accounting management team.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe primary function of an employee in this class is to monitor and reconcile cash, daily deposits, accounts receivable in accordance to established procedures. Other primary responsibilities include assisting in other areas of accounting processes as necessary and as illustrated below:Examples of Work (Illustrative Only)Essential Duties and Responsibilities-Accounting functions including but not limited to:Driver ReconciliationsAccounts ReceivableMaintaining electronic filing databasePerforms other special projects as assignedMust be able to fulfill essential job functions in a consistent state of alertness and safe manner.Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesAccounting experienceIntermediate MS Excel ability, specifically with knowledge of lookup and reference functions as well as pivot tables, ability to create spreadsheets, work with formulas.Proficient skills in Microsoft Word, QuickBooks and OutlookHigh level of organizational skills and attention to detailHave a working understanding of accounting terms and functions i.e. (accruals, expenses, capitalization)Demonstrates the ability to maintain professional relationships with internal and external customersDemonstrates the ability to successfully work and communicate as a team member as well as independently to solve problems and respond to issuesEssential Physical AbilitiesSufficient clarity of speech and hearing or other communication capabilities, which permits the employee to discern verbal instructions and communicate effectively with others in person and by telephone;Sufficient visual and mental acuity, which permits the employee to comprehend written work instructions, and make determination of necessary actions to take to meet the presentation standards for the facility;Sufficient manual dexterity which permits the employee to operate standard office equipment;Sufficient body mobility, flexibility, and agility to occasionally lift and carry objects up to 30 pounds, and to work in an office environment and requires sitting for long periods of time.Position Type/Expected Hours of WorkFull-time position; Standard days and hours of work are Tuesday through Saturday and must be available for holidays and after hours as business needs dictate.Work EnvironmentHayden is a hands-on work environment.
