Operations Manager

Job Description Crossroads Courier is hiring an Operations Manager to lead one of our divisions in a fast‑paced courier environment. You’ll run the operation like your own business: owning results, leading teams, and driving continuous improvement with the support of a growing organization. This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader who can balance strategy with execution and isn’t afraid to jump in when needed. Salary: $85,000 annually + benefits Location: Multiple locations (Relocation required) Schedule: Full-time | 24/7 operations leadership What You’ll Do Lead day-to-day operations for one division Drive efficiency, service levels, and growth Coach and develop supervisors and frontline staff Own P&L performance, budgets, and cost control Track KPIs and lead process improvements Maintain strong customer relationships and meet SLAs Manage staffing, scheduling, and 24/7 coverage Lead new account launches and implementations What We’re Looking For 3+ years in logistics, transportation, courier, or fast-paced operations High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degreein Business, Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred Proven people leadership and performance management experience Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Office; quick to learn new systems Willingness to relocate Valid driver’s license and clean driving record What You’ll Get $85,000 annual salary Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Tuition reimbursement and career development A leadership role where results are recognized and rewarded Why Crossroads Courier?
