Senior Manager, Commercial Strategy, TMTT

Edwards Lifesciences seeks a Senior Manager, Commercial Strategy for its Transcatheter Mitral and Tricuspid Therapies unit. The role bridges commercial strategy and execution, supporting leadership decision-making and driving operational excellence across sales strategy and business operations in Irvine, California.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Commercial Operations leadership to define and execute annual and long-range strategic priorities
- Translate executive objectives into measurable action plans, governance structures, and performance metrics
- Prepare executive briefings, business reviews, and strategic presentations for leadership teams
- Lead operating cadence processes including quarterly business reviews, monthly business reviews, and strategic planning sessions
- Monitor critical KPIs and business outcomes; identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum ten years progressive experience in sales operations, strategy, or business intelligence
- Proficiency with analytical tools such as Excel, Oracle, Tableau, or Salesforce
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders
- Strategic thinking capability with capacity to connect cross-business insights and recommend solutions
- Project management experience with ability to manage timelines and cross-functional deliverables
- Ability to travel up to 15% for quarterly business reviews and leadership meetings
Compensation: $139,000 - $196,000 base (California)
