We are looking for an HVAC Comfort Specialist to join our growing team. This is not a high-pressure sales role — it’s a relationship-driven position focused on educating homeowners, providing solutions, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with homeowners to assess heating and cooling needs
• Present HVAC system options and comfort solutions
• Build trust through honesty, professionalism, and excellent communication
• Deliver a five-star customer experience from start to finish
• Work closely with our installation and service teams
• Follow up with customers and maintain strong relationships
• Help customers make informed decisions that fit their home and budget

What We’re Looking For

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• High level of integrity and honesty
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Team player who works well with others
• HVAC sales experience preferred, but not required for the right person
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Willing and able to take background and drug screenings
