Key Responsibilities- Conduct detailed assessments to evaluate the mental health and emotional well-being of clients, utilizing standardized assessment tools.
- Develop and execute individualized treatment plans that address specific challenges and support clients in achieving their therapeutic goals.
- Provide high-quality, evidence-based therapeutic interventions including individual therapy, family sessions, and group therapy, with a focus on Client-Centered and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approaches.
- Regularly monitor and document client progress, modifying treatment plans as needed to optimize outcomes.
- Act quickly to offer crisis intervention services to clients facing immediate emotional distress or situational emergencies.
- Maintain confidential client records in accordance with legal standards, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and ethical guidelines.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, which may include psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers, to empower clients through a holistic care approach.
- Stay informed on the latest advancements in mental health treatment, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and best practices.
- Participate actively in clinical supervision and training programs to refine your skills and professional development.
- Consistently adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain high professional standards as set by licensing organizations.
Your role will involve working with a diverse national patient population seeking support for a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related conditions, and relationship challenges. You will offer compassionate care to clients of various ages, backgrounds, and life circumstances, empowering each individual to achieve their mental health goals.
Qualifications- A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
- Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist, such as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
- Exceptional clinical assessment and diagnostic skills are essential to identify client needs effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Empathetic, compassionate, and genuinely dedicated to the well-being of clients.
- Proficient in working independently while also being a collaborative team player.
- A profound understanding of the ethical guidelines and laws governing mental health practices.

A minimum of three years of relevant experience in providing mental health therapy, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively with varied client populations.
Compensation and Benefits- We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience, plus potential bonuses.
