Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed assessments to evaluate the mental health and emotional well-being of clients, utilizing standardized assessment tools.
• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans that address specific challenges and support clients in achieving their therapeutic goals.
• Provide high-quality, evidence-based therapeutic interventions including individual therapy, family sessions, and group therapy, with a focus on Client-Centered and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approaches.
• Regularly monitor and document client progress, modifying treatment plans as needed to optimize outcomes.
• Act quickly to offer crisis intervention services to clients facing immediate emotional distress or situational emergencies.
• Maintain confidential client records in accordance with legal standards, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and ethical guidelines.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, which may include psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers, to empower clients through a holistic care approach.
• Stay informed on the latest advancements in mental health treatment, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and best practices.
• Participate actively in clinical supervision and training programs to refine your skills and professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist, such as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
