IT Business Analyst

Position Type:

• Contract to hire
• Hybrid: Local to PA (3 days in Office, 2 days WFH)

Required:

• Bachelor's degree
• 3 years of Business Analyst experience
• Experience with SDLC, Agile, and business process mapping
• Experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne
• Experience working with IT, developers, QA, and business stakeholders
• Strong critical thinking, process analysis, and mapping skills (Visio, Lucid)
• Excellent collaboration, influencing, and communication skills

Preferred:

• PMI-PBA, CBAP, or CAPM certification
• Agile Practice Certification – CSM or AAC
• Construction or homebuilding industry experience
• Demonstrated employment stability and a record of successfully completing prior assignments are strongly preferred

Responsibilities:

• Serve as liaison between business and IT departments
• Translate business needs into system specifications
• Identify and implement system solutions for efficient processes
• Assist with IT strategy and planning, providing analysis and system solutions
• Create project-level documentation and manage requirements elicitation
• Work closely with developers and QA on design, development, and testing
• Manage and coordinate project tasks to ensure timely completion
• Conduct project analysis and communicate risks and issues to stakeholders
• Track and report project status, including issue, risk, and decision logs
