Earn $1,500–$2,500 per week based on production. We provide the company truck, an apprentice at no cost to you,

applicable insurance and workers’ compensation coverage, and employee benefits.

If you have experience in residential new construction plumbing and currently work as a subcontractor, we want to talk to you. You know the trade—undergrounds, top-outs, tubs, and fixture installations. Working independently can also mean taking on vehicle expenses, insurance costs, administrative responsibilities, and business risks.

Why carry all those responsibilities when you can focus on plumbing and have an established company behind you? This is a W-2 employee position, not a 1099 subcontractor opportunity.

WHAT WE OFFER

• $1,500–$2,500 per week in potential gross earnings based on production for skilled, productive plumbers

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Install underground plumbing systems in residential new construction

• Complete top-outs in one- and two-story homes

• Set tubs, shower pans, toilets, and fixtures

• Install water supply and drain, waste, and vent (DWV) systems, faucets, water heaters, and related components

• Read blueprints, follow job specifications, and meet builder schedules

• Follow applicable plumbing codes and safety requirements and maintain clean, organized job sites

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• At least 3 years of residential new construction plumbing experience

• Experience with undergrounds, top-outs, and fixture installations

• Knowledge of plumbing codes and blueprint reading

• Required plumbing hand tools

• Valid Florida driver’s license and acceptable driving record

• At least 21 years old due to company vehicle insurance requirements

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

• Dependable, productive, and committed to quality workmanship

Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are a plus!
