Job Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead electronics and AV installation projects from planning through completion.

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and execution activities.

• Coordinate equipment, materials, resources, and logistics for multiple projects.

• Manage expediting activities to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials and equipment.

• Coordinate technicians, vendors, clients, and internal teams throughout project execution.

• Monitor project progress and identify potential delays, issues, and risks.

• Resolve project issues and delays to keep projects on schedule.

• Coordinate inspections and quality control activities for technical and installation projects.

• Ensure installations meet project requirements and quality standards.

• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, schedules, and related records.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.

• Communicate project updates, requirements, changes, and issues effectively.

• Monitor project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

• Collaborate with vendors to coordinate equipment availability and delivery.

• Work closely with technicians to support successful installation and project completion.

• Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

• Maintain strong client relationships and support high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

• Previous project management experience involving planning, execution, budgeting, and stakeholder communication.

• Experience as an expeditor or in project expediting activities.

• Experience coordinating procurement and delivery of materials and equipment.

• Knowledge of inspection processes and quality control practices for technical or installation-based projects.

• Experience managing logistics, resources, scheduling, and on-site operations across multiple projects.

• Previous experience in electronics, AV systems, construction, or a related field preferred.

• Experience with Control4 and Alarm.com is strongly preferred.

• Proficiency with project management software.

• Proficiency with basic office productivity tools.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, vendors, technicians, and internal teams.

• Ability to work on-site and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong customer-service orientation.
