You will connect with clients and prospects by phone, email, and video conferencing, uncover their needs, explain coverage options, prepare quotes, and close new business. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, a natural relationship-builder, and someone who is motivated by both personal growth and team success. Prior insurance or sales experience is important, but just as important is the right attitude: coachable, driven, organized, and willing to learn.

• Meet new business production goals and sales objectives
• Develop insurance quotes and coverage recommendations
• Make sales presentations and close new business
• Prospect and generate new business through leads, referrals, and outbound activity
• Follow up with prospects and clients in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain phone activity, sales activity, and production expectations as established by management
• Use phone, email, video conferencing, and client lists to grow sales revenue
• Build lasting client relationships by providing excellent service and guidance

• Property and Casualty insurance licensed
• Prior sales experience preferred
• Insurance experience preferred
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Genuine willingness to learn and improve
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Career-minded attitude with desire to grow
