This is the perfect position for technicians who want more weekdays off while still earning top-tier pay. You’ll work four days each week: Friday Saturday Sunday Monday Then enjoy Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday off. This bonus rewards technicians who: Stay committed Follow process Deliver exceptional customer experiences Maintain high performance standards Help us build a winning team What You’ll Be Doing Diagnose residential HVAC systems accurately Perform repairs and maintenance correctly the first time Present repair and replacement options to homeowners Deliver a 5-star customer experience Follow company systems and procedures Complete service documentation properly Keep your truck clean, organized, and stocked Build trust with homeowners through professionalism and expertise What We’re Looking For 2+ years HVAC service experience preferred Strong diagnostic skills EPA Certification preferred Clean driving record Professional appearance Great communication skills Self-motivated and dependable Ability to work weekends consistently Team player with a winning attitude Compensation Hourly Pay + Performance Pay + Bonuses Top performers consistently earn $75,000-$120,000+ annually. No earning cap. The better you perform, the more you earn.
