Registered Nurses are needed for patient care in and around the Monroeville, Butler or along Route 28 allowing you to work close to your home. Your patients, your schedule. Typical schedule is Thursday- Saturday or Friday-Sunday or Saturday-Monday from 8am-8pm but we are open to other possibilities. Let us know what type of schedule you are seeking. What you’ll do as a Registered Nurse RN: As a Home Health Registered Nurse RN, you'll be at the heart of this mission. Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians, patients, and families. Treatments, IV starts, Chest Tube Management, and Wound care. Educating and empowering patients and families on managing their health conditions and building confidence in self-care. Utilizing strong clinical assessment skills to monitor patient conditions and identify changes. QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE Registered Nurse RN position: Graduate of state-approved school with course in pharmacology Reliable, independent means of transportation to make home visits. Drivers must have a valid driver's license and drive a vehicle with insurance limits as established by the state.
