Program Specialist As a Program Specialist, you will be the face of the Boosterthon program on elementary school campuses, working alongside a supportive team to help schools reach their fundraising goals, deliver engaging student experiences, and create a positive impact for students and communities. Responsibilities Teach and present a character-based curriculum to students. Set up and host the Boosterthon Fun Run fundraiser. Motivate students to participate and raise funds for their school. Engage with teachers, parents, and school administrators. Model Fitness, Leadership, and Character as part of a team. Qualifications Excellent communication skills—professional and enthusiastic written and verbal communication with students, faculty, and staff. Positive attitude—display optimism, enthusiasm, and intentionality when interacting with clients and the team. Growth mindset—demonstrate a continual desire to learn and grow both personally and professionally. Good judgment—strong sense of self‑awareness and emotional intelligence. Additional Requirements Licensed driver with reliable transportation. Ability to pass Booster's Background and Motor Vehicle check. Can lift up to 45 lbs and remain active throughout the day.
