Medicare Risk Adjustment ACO Coding Auditor

Cano Health is seeking an ACO Coding Auditor to perform on-site and remote clinical validation audits, capturing Medicare Risk codes and ensuring CMS/HCC alignment. You will drive improvements in MRA coding accuracy through expert guidance and data analysis. The role requires reviewing diverse medical records, educating staff on CMS guidelines, and collaborating with the Quality department to meet HEDIS and other measures.
