Community Maintenance Manager — Lead Service Excellence

The Breeden Company, Inc.

The Breeden Company, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the on-site maintenance team at our Carrollton, VA community. You will ensure the physical condition of the property meets safety and appearance standards while managing the budget and coordinating with the property manager for make-ready tasks. Candidates should have at least 3 years in multifamily maintenance supervision, HVAC and EPA certifications, and the ability to plan, estimate timelines and costs, and work #J-18808-Ljbffr The Breeden Company, Inc.
