Licensed Medicare Agent

We're hiring remote licensed Medicare agents. Must have at least 1-2 years of previous Medicare sales experience. This is a fully remote position, equipment provided, several shift times available as well as several upcoming start dates.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday (multiple shifts available between 10:15am-11pm)
• Pay Rate: $18.50 hour for first 4 weeks of training, then the base pay goes to $20 hour plus $25 per enrollment
• Equipment is provided

Job Description:

• Handle outbound sales inquiries to effectively sell health insurance plans and products via phone to customers (no cold calling)
• Quickly grasp new concepts and product offerings, including Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, Prescription Drug Plans, and other ancillary health products
• Provide excellent consumer experience for all callers and be passionate about helping the senior community
• Guide consumers through the health insurance policy selection and application process and serve as subject matter expert for health insurance enrollments procedures

Job Requirements:

• Previous Medicare Advantage insurance sales experience required
• 1-2 years cleared from previous insurance uplines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to demonstrate outstanding customer service
• Computer proficiency, including the Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, exciting, and performance-driven environment
