We are seeking an experienced and motivated Physical Therapist to serve as Clinic Director. This role combines patient care with leadership responsibilities, offering an opportunity to guide a high-performing team while supporting clinic growth and operational excellence.

Sport & Spine Clinic of Marshfield is an outpatient physical therapy practice dedicated to high-quality, evidence-based care in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities include overseeing patient evaluations, treatment planning, and delivery of evidence-based care; reviewing referrals, patient histories, and medical records to support appropriate treatment decisions; supervising and mentoring clinicians, assistants, and rehabilitation technicians; supporting complex patient cases through direct care as needed; ensuring accurate and timely documentation, including evaluations, progress notes, and reports; developing and monitoring individualized plans of care and treatment goals; promoting effective communication among staff, patients, caregivers, physicians, and insurance partners; overseeing clinic operations including scheduling, workflow, and quality assurance; and contributing to strategic planning, performance metrics, and clinic growth initiatives.

Qualifications include a graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program, current or upcoming Wisconsin Physical Therapy license, CPR certification, ability to work effectively in an autonomous outpatient setting, basic computer skills, including EMR systems and MS Office, experience with balance and vestibular rehabilitation preferred (or willingness to learn), and new graduates welcome to apply.
