This role oversees person-centered services for individuals with developmental disabilities, ensuring high-quality care, regulatory compliance, and strong outcomes in supported living, vocational, and community integration services. The Director will manage regional teams, budgets, and quality initiatives while fostering a collaborative, compassionate culture that empowers individuals to live with independence, dignity, and full participation in their communities.
