Responsibilities Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and online channels with accurate information about services, processes, and accounts. Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to client access or tools and document interactions in company systems. Follow up on open requests and ensure timely resolution. Collaborate with financial advisors and internal teams to resolve client concerns and improve service delivery. Maintain knowledge of service offerings and compliance guidelines to provide reliable support.
