Residential Lending Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Residential Lending Operations Manager to lead residential lending operations and the implementation of a new LOS/POS platform. Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end implementation of a new LOS/POS platform, including vendor coordination, workflow configuration, data migration, staff training, and go-live support. Oversee residential lending operations and process optimization. Manage underwriting support and credit file management. Ensure regulatory compliance, disclosure accuracy, and HMDA reporting. Coordinate loans throughout the complete loan lifecycle. Improve operational efficiency and quality of service. Qualifications Experience in residential lending or mortgage operations. Experience implementing or managing LOS/POS platforms. Strong knowledge of residential lending compliance, disclosures, and HMDA reporting. Experience with underwriting support, credit files, and loan coordination.
