About the Position

Title: Temp - Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health (Days) Alpena, MI

This position is responsible for assessing client health needs, nursing care requirement and the delivery of nursing care on all assigned clients

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

(25%)*  Assesses client health needs, nursing care requirements, and delivery of nursing care on all assigned clients. Directs client assessments by other nursing staff.

(25%)*  Plans care for assigned clients and directs the planning of care by other nursing staff.

(25%)*  Evaluates effectiveness of plan of care; ensures responsible care is rendered to clients.

(25%)*Implements nursing actions in accordance with established standards of nursing practice and demonstrates competence in nursing care of the neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric client.
