Humana Inc. is seeking a Senior Configuration Professional to design, configure, test, implement, and support scalable Workday Talent & Performance solutions. You will partner with HR, Talent, and IT to align with business goals and enterprise standards.
You will lead requirements gathering, evaluate new Workday functionality, and drive governance, testing, and optimization across teams to improve processes and user experience.
