As an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. You will support access control, report observations, and contribute to a welcoming environment. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $19.61 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon10:00 PM - 06:00 AMFri06:00 AM - 02:00 PMSun06:00 AM - 02:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a technology-focused location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, access points, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, or policy concerns. Monitor access to designated areas, verify credentials as directed, and report unauthorized access attempts or suspicious activity in accordance with site procedures. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating with appropriate personnel and documenting activities as required. Support a professional and welcoming environment while maintaining awareness of security-related conditions throughout the location. Minimum Requirements: Must be 21 years of age or older CPR and First Aid certification is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Loss prevention experience is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
