Principal Workday Consultant (Workday Certs: Recruiting AND Talent or Learning)

Position Summary ERPA is seeking a Workday Principal Consultant to lead implementation and production support for the Workday Recruiting, Learning, and Talent & Performance modules. The consultant will actively contribute to the development of ERPA’s Workday AMS practice and serve as a subject‑matter expert during the sales and engagement phases. Key Responsibilities Act as lead consultant on multiple client engagements with limited direction. Understand client business requirements and provide guidance throughout design, configuration, prototype, testing, and production move. Support clients during annual events such as Talent/Performance reviews, Merit, Open Enrollment, ACA, and others. Partner with Engagement Managers to keep them informed of project status and changes. Collaborate with cross‑functional counterparts to ensure clear communication and project alignment. Accurately maintain forecast in a timely manner. Serve as a subject‑matter expert during sales presentations, demos, and LOEs. Stay up to date on industry knowledge, Workday enhancements, and advise on best practices. Build strong client relationships through trust and exceptional customer service. Experience and Education Requirements Minimum of three years as a Workday lead consultant at a Workday partner firm. Experience implementing Workday Recruiting and at least one of Workday Learning or Workday Talent & Performance. Required Workday Partner certifications: HCM Core, Recruiting, and at least one of Learning or Talent/Performance. Workday Launch certification required to be obtained and all partner certifications must remain active during employment. Experience troubleshooting or navigating Workday Security and building custom reports. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a detailed understanding of Workday HCM processes and best practices. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Legally authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis. Location United States, Canada or Mexico.
