Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Quality Control Inspector for a medical device client in the Irvine, CA area. This individual will support manufacturing operations by performing in-line inspections of assemblies and finished products to ensure compliance with company quality standards and regulatory requirements.
This is a weekend shift position working Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 5:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Due to the nature of the schedule, the ideal candidate must be capable of working independently, making sound quality decisions, and effectively managing their workload with limited oversight.

Skills and Requirements
5+ years of Quality Control experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with a strong focus on in-line inspections
Medical Device industry experience
Experience performing visual inspections, product reviews, and documentation reviews
Strong ERP system experience
Strong computer skills and ability to accurately document inspection findings
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision on an off-shift schedule
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality standards Receiving inspection experience
Experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment (FDA, ISO 13485, GMP)
