This leader will combine deep short-term rental domain expertise with hands-on AI product leadership and strong technical depth across platforms and integrations.You will lead a team of product managers and work closely with engineering, design, data, and GTM teams to evolve Streamline into the most connected and intelligent operating system for professional property managers.The ideal candidate has shipped AI-native products, rapidly prototyped with modern AI tools, integrated AI into complex legacy platforms, and evolved product organizations toward faster, experimentation-driven operating models. This role requires a builder mindset, strong executive communication, and the ability to translate emerging AI capabilities into meaningful customer and business outcomes.What You'll Do (Functions & Responsibilities)AI-First Product Strategy & ExecutionOwn the Streamline product vision and roadmap grounded in an AI-first strategyEmbed AI and automation into core product thinking across workflows, insights, and user experiencesDesign and launch AI-powered capabilities including intelligent automation, predictive insights, and workflow optimizationLead prototype-first discovery using modern AI tools (Cursor, Copilot, LLM platforms) and rapid experimentationEnsure strong AI product lifecycle practices including evaluations, feedback loops, and model iterationPlatform & Integration LeadershipDefine and evolve Streamline’s platform architecture with focus on scalability, reliability, and extensibilityOwn the integrations strategy across OTAs, distribution partners, fintech providers, smart home platforms, and ecosystem partnersTranslate complex business needs into technical product requirements and system-level designsLead build vs. buy decisions and technical evaluation of third-party platforms and APIsPartner with engineering on technical tradeoffs, architecture decisions, and delivery planningTeam Leadership & AI TransformationBuild, mentor, and grow a high-performing product team across core platform, integrations, automation, and AI initiativesCoach PMs on AI-first product management: rapid prototyping, AI-driven discovery, and automation-led thinkingDrive adoption of AI copilots and agents across product, design, and operational workflowsBuild AI literacy across the product organization with best practices for responsible and effective AI usageEstablish clear product frameworks, rituals, and scalable onboarding to elevate team effectivenessOperational Excellence & GTM PartnershipLead evolution of the product operating model toward faster, AI-driven iteration cyclesDefine and implement KPIs and OKRs aligned to business outcomes, product adoption, and AI transformation goalsPartner with GTM teams to shape positioning, packaging, and adoption strategies for AI-powered capabilitiesEngage directly with key customers and partners to validate needs and shape roadmap prioritiesWhat We're Looking For (Minimum qualifications)8+ years of product management experience with at least 3 years leading product teamsStrong short-term rental, hospitality tech, or vertical SaaS domain experienceTrack record modernizing legacy or operationally heavy platforms with automation and intelligenceExperience building, mentoring, and elevating product teams across mixed experience levelsDemonstrated success by reducing cycle times or increasing shipping velocity through AI-assisted workflows across a product orgStrong technical product background building complex SaaS platformsDeep experience with APIs, integrations, and platform ecosystemsUnderstanding of data platforms, event-driven systems, and scalable SaaS infrastructureAbility to collaborate with engineering on architecture and system design decisionsExperience integrating AI capabilities into legacy platforms or complex ecosystemsProven experience defining and executing AI-first product strategiesHands-on experience rapidly prototyping with modern AI development tools (Cursor, Copilot, or similar)Strong understanding of the AI product lifecycle: evaluations, feedback loops, model iteration, and responsible deploymentExperience launching AI-powered products or intelligent automation features into productionFamiliarity with LLM APIs, prompt engineering patterns, or RAG architectureExperience building internal tooling or evaluation frameworks for AI-powered product developmentTrack record driving adoption of AI copilots or AI-assisted workflows across product organizationsExperience with modern product and AI tooling ecosystems including Aha,
