We have an immediate opening for a Renewable Energy Tax Credit Associate with four to six years of experience preferred. Candidates may work from any office, including the virtual office, The Link. Responsibilities Advising developers on renewable energy tax credits and real‑estate incentives. Drafting and negotiating tax credit transfer agreements, financings, and M&A transactions related to the renewable energy sector. Working primarily with attorneys in the Energy & Natural Resources business unit. Qualifications Excellent academic credentials and a commitment to the community. Superior interpersonal skills and the ability to work well under pressure. Exceptional judgment, effective multitasking, and clear communication of legal strategies. Active bar license in the state of the office applying, or commitment to obtain one promptly. Proactive, dynamic, and entrepreneurial mindset with varied background and interests. Benefits and Compensation Competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and more. Associates are eligible for an Associate Performance Bonus and Client Development Bonus. Compensation ranges: Colorado, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, and Washington – $230,000–$260,000; California, New York, and Washington, D.C. – $240,000–$265,000; Minnesota and Vermont – $215,000–$246,000; all other markets – varying by market data.
