Ideal candidates must be able to handle various tasks while maintaining a positive attitude.Essential Job Functions:Load and unload shipments into and out of the store.Organize and maintain the stock roomConstruct in-store displaysAssist in merchandising, display maintenance and store housekeeping.Maintain awareness of our products, merchandise promotions and advertisements.Adhere to loss prevention, inventory control and compliance procedures.Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise, receiving and monitoring floor stock.Any other duties assigned by management.Minimum Requirements:Retail experience is helpful, but not necessaryMust be dependable when it comes to attendance and punctualityMust successfully pass background screeningMust love the beach!!!Benefits for Full-Time Employees:Medical, dental and vision insurance.Allstate supplemental insurance.Sick and vacation pay.401k with company match.Paid floating days.Employee discounts.Job Types: Full Time & Part Time.
