As a Software Engineer Lead within PNC's Lending Payments SRC Team organization, you will be based in an office located in any of the following cities: Pittsburgh, PA, Strongsville, OH, Birmingham, AL, Farmers Branch, TX, Denver, CO, Miamisburg, OH, Jacksonville, FL, Phoenix, AZ. This is an in office position. The SRC (Site Reliability Center) is a 24/7 operation which may include resolving critical systems issues during off hours.Critical needed experience/skills: Application support and production operations for enterprise payment or financial systems preferred. Or other enterprise based critical systems supporting customer activities. Leadership qualities preferred as a technical lead. The Lending Payments SRC Team is responsible for supporting and improving critical payment-processing services and associated security controls. Team members partner with application owners, infrastructure teams, cybersecurity, and operational stakeholders to maintain platform stability, remediate risks, manage privileged-account compliance, investigate incidents, and drive service improvements. The role requires strong technical troubleshooting skills, operational discipline, and the ability to work across multiple technology domains in a highly regulated financial-services environment.
