Wound Care Nurse (LPN/RN)

Role: Provides comprehensive nursing care, including wound and ostomy care, while supervising clinical staff. Responsibilities: Assesses, plans, and implements patient care; develops educational programs for staff; collaborates with physicians; determines appropriate interventions; develops care plans; and selects stoma sites. Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a valid LPN/RN license and CPR certification. Experience & Skills: Preferred two years of nursing experience; skilled in team leadership, effective communication, emergency response, and staff training. Ability to work collaboratively, maintain confidentiality, and react decisively.
