About This Role We're hiring an experienced HVAC Service Technician for our Ogden or Lindon, Utah operations. This is a full-time field role focused on diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial and industrial HVAC systems across a variety of building types. Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC equipment including RTUs, split systems, boilers, chillers, and heat pumps. Complete scheduled maintenance and inspections to keep systems running efficiently and extend equipment life. Identify and resolve electrical and mechanical issues across a range of HVAC platforms. Replace or repair components such as motors, compressors, fans, and thermostats. Read and work from wiring diagrams, schematics, and manufacturer documentation. Keep clients and team members informed on service findings and recommended next steps. Maintain thorough service records covering work completed, parts used, and system conditions. Perform all work in compliance with safety standards, applicable codes, and company policy. What You'll Bring: High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC technical training or certification preferred. 3+ years of experience, preferrably in a commercial HVAC service role. Hands-on experience with RTUs, VRV/VRF, VAV, split systems, chillers, boilers, and AHUs. Solid understanding of HVAC systems, electrical circuits, and mechanical components. EPA 608 Universal Certification required. Ability to read blueprints and technical documentation. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving ability. Effective communicator with solid customer service instincts. Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites. Preferred Qualifications: NATE certification or equivalent.
