Open Positions at 2 locations, Fremont, Ca and San Jose, Ca

Shifts available for Fremont and San Jose, 5am -1:30pm or 1:30pm to 10pm

Monday - Friday

The Paint Prep role involves preparing parts for painting and powder coating through meticulous masking, cleaning, and handling processes. This position requires standing for extended periods and careful attention to detail to ensure high-quality finishes. The work environment includes spray booths and ovens for curing coated parts, emphasizing safety and ergonomics due to the physical nature of the job.

Responsibilities

• Apply masking tape to protect designated areas before painting.
• Remove masking materials after painting with precision.
• Clean parts to remove oil, grease, and welding residue before coating.
• Load and rack parts for powder coating processing.
• Stand and bend for prolonged periods during preparation tasks.
• Maintain ergonomic practices to reduce physical strain.

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in paint preparation or similar environment.
