As a CNA, you will deliver direct care to residents and patients in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and life care standards in our health and rehabilitation center (skilled nursing home). You will assist our residents with activities of daily living, personal hygiene, and mobility, prioritizing their wellbeing and ensuring they maintain their dignity and independence.Responsibilities:Provide personal care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, personal hygiene, and mobilityAssist with daily tasks such as laundry, transportation, and mail deliveryPerform light housekeeping tasks and meal preparationAdminister medication reminders and observe and report changes in residents’ condition and statusConduct rounds to monitor for hazards or incidentsEscort residents to and from dining room, serve meals, and clean upProvide companionship and conversationOther duties as assignedRequired Qualifications:High School diploma or GEDMust be 18 years of ageCompletion of a state-approved CNA certified nursing assistant certification courseAbility to read and communicate at an adequate level to essential job dutiesAbility to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respectAbility to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial mannerCaregivers must complete our new hire orientationShift Options:Mornings, Afternoon, and Nights shifts available to choose fromPerfect Punch Program; $225 bi-weekly bonus401k with a match!Why Join Our Team:Competitive hourly rate: $19 - $20 per hourOpportunities for advancement and professional growthCollaborative and supportive work environmentComprehensive training program
