The ideal candidate in this role will perform a wide range of duties in an industrial manufacturing environment.This individual will be part of a yard crewresponsible for safely and efficiently moving, organizing and assisting in the production of precast concrete products of the highest quality standards. Job Responsibilities Operate industrial forklift and loader to transport inventory, unload incoming stock and load orders Pull and stage orders for shipment Load customer trucks based on ship tickets Push aggregate material utilizing a loader Complete weekly equipment inspections Keep area safe, clean and organized Interface with customer service, technical service, and delivery personnel Other responsibilities may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed Job Requirements Minimum high school diploma or equivalent At least 2 yearsexperience operating heavy equipment preferred Experience operating forklifts with > 18k lb.capacity Prior experience utilizing loaders is preferred Knowledge of basic math and measurements Ability to read/write simple instructions and communicate effectively with team members Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. periodically throughout the day What CRH Offers You Highly competitive base pay Comprehensive medical, dental and disability benefits programs Group retirement savings program Health and wellness programs Aninclusive culture that values opportunity for growth, development, and internal promotion About CRH CRH has a long and proud heritage.
