Senior Manufacturing Engineer (Milwaukee)

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Manufacturing Engineer in Milwaukee, WI (North side) with experience in an assembled product environment (line balancing, assembly of heavy parts, standardization & scaling, hydraulics). The focus of the Senior Manufacturing Engineer is to develop, implement, and improve the processes of the factory. As the link between design engineering and the production floor you provide the manufacturing expertise needed to implement the production of new products as well as processing changes to existing products. This position is responsible for maintaining production capability, improving quality, reducing cost and improving safety. 100K – 115K Base + Bonus + Benefits Package

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and improve manufacturing processes.
• Serve as the link between Design Engineering and Production Operations.
• Lead manufacturing readiness for new product launches.
• Manage engineering changes for existing products.
• Maintain and improve production capability.
• Drive quality improvements and defect reduction.
• Reduce manufacturing costs through process optimization.
• Improve workplace safety and ergonomics.
• Increase production throughput and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Manufacturing Engineering experience in a production environment.
• Process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen).
• Experience supporting new product introductions (NPI).
• Root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Strong collaboration with engineering, quality, and operations teams.
• Knowledge of manufacturing systems, tooling, fixtures, and process validation.
• Data-driven decision making and continuous improvement mindset.
