Job Position: Experienced Precision TIG Welder

Location: North Salt Lake, UT 84054

Pay Rate: $20.90/hr

Shift: Swing (3:30p- 2a)

Description: SWING SHIFT PAY RANGE IS +10% = $20.90 - $28.60 DOE

Weekly Pay
Experienced Precision TIG Welder Tasks & Duties
Perform TIG welding on a variety of metals, specifically 18-20 gauge stainless, according to job specifications and quality standards.

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding procedures to execute precise welds.
Inspect and test welds to ensure compliance with industry and company quality standards.
Maintain welding equipment and work area in a clean and safe condition.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve welding-related issues.
Adhere to all safety protocols and practices to prevent workplace accidents and injuries.
Document work performed and report any defects or issues encountered during welding tasks.
Check finished work to make sure that it falls within the tolerances marked on the blueprints
Experienced Precision TIG Welder Shift Info
Day Shift and Swing Shift Available
o 5:00 am to 3:30 pm OR
o 3:30 pm 2:00 am (with a 10% increase over the day shift)
Monday - Thursday
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
2 + years Precision TIG Welder experience
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols.
Strong knowledge of welding equipment, materials, and safety procedures.
Knowledge of relative safety standards and willingness to use protective clothing
Ability to produce precise and high-quality welds consistently.
Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
GED / High School Diploma
Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
Able to pass a background check
Able to work in the US
Proficient in English
Preferred Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
Successful completion of a relevant apprenticeship program a plus
Professional Certification (e.g. an AWS welding certificate) a plus
