Details Level 1 Trauma Adult Emergency Department setting Night shift schedule from 19:00-07:30 Every other weekend requirement 13-week assignment length Requirements Active RN license (IN or Compact) currently in hand Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS through AHA Minimum 2 years of ED nursing experience required Nursys license verification required within 30 days prior to start TNCC certification preferred NIH Stroke Scale certification preferred Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (CPI) training preferred Additional Information Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established ED policies, procedures, and protocols Implement and monitor patient care plans Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate Serve as primary coordinator across disciplines for well-coordinated patient care Carry out physician and nursing orders Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs with the healthcare team Local candidates accepted, though a radius rule may apply and affect pay rate American Traveler Job ID P-730956.
