In this capacity, you control the operational pulse of the site. Your responsibilities span community engagement, campus security, facility oversight, and day-to-day technology support. At any given moment, you might be running a safety exercise, troubleshooting a technology issue, onboarding a team member, or responding to a parent inquiry. Your work goes beyond maintenance—you build institutional trust. What You Will Be Doing Acting as a key contact for parents, students, and staff, providing clear, prompt, and professional communication at all times Overseeing campus security functions, including facility access, health-related incidents, emergency drills, record-keeping, and parent updates Coordinating daily site operations such as attendance tracking, facility management, transportation arrangements, and general office functions Assisting with the onboarding and orientation of new team members to facilitate effective integration into campus workflows Administering student devices and campus technology systems, serving as the on-site technology point person and Google Administrator What You Won’t Be Doing Delivering classroom instruction or overseeing academic programming Providing coaching to Guides or contributing to curriculum design Operating in a limited, single-task administrative capacity Remaining stationary at a desk with routine, unchanging responsibilities Delegating issues without taking ownership or ensuring resolution Site Operations Coordinator Key Responsibilities Maintain reliable, secure, and effective campus operations that continuously enhance the experience and satisfaction of students, staff, and parents.
