Crestline Hotels and Resorts - 830 Long Drive - Responsibilities: Clean and maintain designated public spaces to hotel standards; Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints to guest satisfaction; Monitor cleanliness and organization of work areas; stock cleaning carts and supplies; Ensure security of keys, radio and beeper; report damages to supervisor; Clean windows, dust surfaces, shampoo carpets, and maintain fitness center/pool areas as applicable
