Role Overview Restaurant Manager Responsibilities Manage front‑of‑house and service teams. Oversee assistant manager duties and support the AM team. Ensure excellent service, cleanliness, and adherence to company standards. Lead team to achieve operational goals and guest satisfaction. Qualifications 2+ years of experience as a Restaurant Manager. Passion for service and commitment to delivering great food to guests. Strong leadership, integrity, and ability to act as an owner.
