Job Description
Title: NICU - Registered Nurse

Schedule:
- Shift: Nights
- Weekend requirement: 4 weekend shifts per 6-week period

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year NICU RN experience
- Travel experience preferred
- Required certifications: BLS, NRP
- Experience with neonatal ratios of 1:1 to 1:4
- Proficient in Epic charting system

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to neonates in the NICU.
- Monitor and assess the health status of neonatal patients.
- Manage complex respiratory support, including ventilator management and high-frequency ventilation.
- Administer medications and perform procedures relevant to neonatal care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care to patients.

Compliance / Notes:
- Orientation: 24 hours
- RTO (requested time off) must be listed at time of submittal; up to 4 days auto-approved
- COVID-19 vaccine status is unknown; Flu vaccine status is unknown
- Pending NM/Compact license is accepted but must be obtained prior to start
- Locals within a 50-mile radius are not accepted
- Orientation modules completed onsite; RN modules average 4-6 hours
