Server Pay Rate: $4.00 + Tips. Red Robin servers also earn variable tips (hourly pay will not be less than applicable minimum wage). Responsibilities: You will be responsible for taking orders using handheld technology, serving food and drinks in a timely and accurate manner, and delivering a fun and satisfying dining experience to guests.
