Maintenance Mechanic

Dover, PA

2nd Shift | Mon–Thur or Tue–Fri | 3PM–1AM

What You’ll Do

• Troubleshoot & repair mechanical/electrical equipment (motors, conveyors, pumps, control systems)
• Perform preventative maintenance (lubrication, inspections, adjustments)
• Install & modify machinery, wiring, and components
• Support production by minimizing downtime
• Maintain CMMS records & order parts as needed
• Assist with facility maintenance (HVAC, lighting, plumbing)
• Ensure OSHA & safety compliance (LOTO, PPE)

Required Skills

• Mechanical & electrical troubleshooting
• Industrial maintenance / repair experience
• Pneumatics & basic electrical
• Welding

Nice to Have

• PLC troubleshooting
• Hydraulics
• HVAC experience
• Manual machining / fabrication

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Dover, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $70720.00/yr.

120 Hours of PTO - pro-rated to start based on time of year someone starts at 5 years increase to 160 hours 401k Match at 50% of first 6% of annual salary contributed Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance offerings Life Insurance, AD&D, STD, HSA, FSA 9 Paid Holidays, plus 8 hours for your birthday month
