- Minimum 3 years of related experience (this is entry to intermediate level role)
- Network hardware support (NOT looking for complex/advanced network software troubleshooting, etc.)
- Must have CISCO hardware experience; Cisco routers/switches
- Cable management/installation; Cat5/6, fibers, ethernet cables
- Rack and stacking equipment
- Network hardware deployment and troubleshooting
- Telecommunications, VOIP, Voice support
